The Acromion Locking Plate is a pre-contoured fixation device engineered for surgical treatment of scapular acromion fractures and osteotomies. It is an integral part of the 2.7 mm locking plate system, offering rigid stability and anatomical conformity to the shoulder girdle.
Plate Design & Geometry
- Available in Left and Right side-specific configurations
- 9-Hole plates: 79 mm in length
- 10-Hole plates: 72 mm in length
- Thickness: 1.5 mm (low-profile)
- Angled locking holes (~20°) enhance fixation in the thin cortical bone of the acromion
- No intraoperative bending required due to pre-contoured design

- Manufactured from AISI 316L Stainless Steel (ISO 5832-1) or Ti-6Al-4V ELI Titanium Alloy (ISO 5832-3)
